Place Batter in Loaf Pans and Bake
Put equal amounts of batter into two greased 5- by 9-inch loaf pans and place in a preheated 350 degree oven. Bake for approximately 1 hour until done.
Tip: after 50 minutes, test for doneness by inserting a small bamboo skewer or a knife into the center of each loaf. If it comes out clean, the loaf is done. Do not overcook.
