Mix Eggs, Sugar and Oil

Combine 4 eggs, 2 cups white sugar, 1 cup lightly packed brown sugar and 1 cup vegetable oil in a large bowl and mix with a wooden spoon until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps. Tip: all ingredients should be at room temperature; to bring eggs to room temperature more quickly you can break them into a bowl before doing anything else, and cover them until ready to use Tip: brown sugar adds extra flavor, you can substitute brown for white sugar, remember to pack lightly
